1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
  • To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected].
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return.
  • Customized or specially ordered items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return.
  • Customers are responsible for securely packing the product for return.

4. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received.
  • Refunds will be provided as cash at the time of product pickup or through bank transfer, depending on the situation.

5. Exchanges
